| Situation | What You May See | What To Do |
| Suspected Opioid Overdose | Unresponsive, slow/absent breathing, pinpoint pupils, gurgling/snoring, blue/gray color. | Naloxone + 911 + rescue breathing/CPR. Repeat naloxone per directions if breathing does not normalize. |
| Unconscious but Breathing | Cannot wake up but chest rises adequately. | Recovery position, monitor breathing continuously, call 911. |
| Seizure | Rhythmic jerking, loss of consciousness, stiffening. | Protect head, clear hazards, time seizure, do not restrain, do not put anything in mouth. Call 911 if prolonged or poisoning-related. |
| Severe Overheating | Hot skin, confusion, collapse, high temperature. | 911. Move to cool area, remove excess clothing, use cool wet cloths, ice packs to neck/groin. |
