Emergency Poison Control Contacts Worldwide
Comprehensive Substance Reference & Harm Reduction Guide
Emergency Poison Control Contacts Worldwide
GUIDE-WIDE SAFETY NOTICE: This guide is for recognition, harm-reduction, and emergency-reference purposes. Appearance alone cannot reliably identify a substance. Counterfeit pills, powders, vapes, edibles, and street mixtures may contain unexpected drugs. Do not taste, smell closely, burn, or handle an unknown substance to identify it. If poisoning is possible, contact Poison Control (U.S. 1-800-222-1222) or 911 for severe symptoms.
Emergency Poison Control Contacts Worldwide
IMPORTANT: If someone is unconscious, having trouble breathing, seizing, severely confused, blue/gray, or otherwise in immediate danger, call the local emergency medical number first. Poison-centre telephone numbers and hours can change; this directory was expanded and reviewed in September 2026 using national poison-centre, health-ministry, hospital, and WHO sources.
Global coverage note: Not every country has a dedicated public poison centre. WHO reports that only about 47% of Member States had a poisons centre as of its latest global summary.
